Shipping Policy – Mystic Sanctuary

At Mystic Sanctuary, we’re committed to getting your cards and collectibles to you safely and on time. Here’s everything you need to know about how we handle shipping to South Africa.
Where We Ship
We currently ship nationwide to South Africa.
If you are outside South Africa and would like to place an order, please contact us first so we can arrange special shipping.
Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 working days after payment is confirmed.
Orders placed over weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Times
Once landed/dispatched, delivery usually takes:
- 4–7 business days for major cities and surrounding areas
- 7–14 business days for rural or outlying areas
**Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier delays beyond our control.** Also note that in order to keep shipping and duty fees to a minimum for the benefit of the customer, we ship twice a week (Tuesdays and Thursdays) Cut off times will be 11:00AM the day before shipping.**
Shipping Rates
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and country.
Packaging
All items are packed with care to ensure cards and products arrive in excellent condition.
Shipping Delays or Issues
While we aim to ship promptly, delays can occasionally occur, in light of this please allow additional time for delivery, as some items may be fulfilled by our global partner network. If your order hasn’t arrived after 10 working days, please contact us so we can investigate with the shipping company/courier.
Incorrect Shipping Info
Please double-check your delivery address during checkout. Mystic Sanctuary is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged, please:
- Take clear photos of the packaging and items
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
We’ll work with you to resolve the issue.
