Thank you for shopping with Mystic Sanctuary. We value your support and want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines the terms under which returns and refunds are handled in accordance with South African consumer law.

Returns
You may return eligible items within 7 calendar days of receiving your order. To qualify for a return:

The item must be in its original condition and original packaging

Sealed products must be unopened

Cards must be returned in the same condition as listed (e.g., Near Mint)

You must provide proof of purchase (order number or invoice)

To initiate a return, please email us at [your email address] with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved Refunds:

Will be processed within 5–10 working days

Will be made to your original payment method or as store credit if preferred

Non-refundable Items:

Opened sealed products

Used or damaged items not due to our error

Digital or downloadable products (if applicable)

Return Shipping
If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent, damaged goods), we will cover the return shipping costs.

If the return is for any other reason, the customer is responsible for return courier costs.

You can use your own courier or request a prepaid return label (deducted from your refund amount).

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We’ll gladly correct the issue at no additional cost.

Exchange Option
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. You can return your item and place a new order once your refund is processed.
